The LED Shop UK will endeavour to make sure the material and information contained on this website
is as accurate as possible. However, we give no warranty of any kind regarding this website and/or
materials provided on this website. The LED Shop UK makes no representations or warranties of any
kind (express or implied) as to the operation of this website or the accuracy, completeness, currency,
or reliability of any of the content or data found on this website.
Prices and Advertising Offers
All offerings are subject to errors, omissions, change of prices or withdrawal of offers without notice.
Prices are subject to VAT @ 20% unless otherwise stated. We can not be held liable for any losses
incurred due to false, misleading or incorrect information provided by third parties.
Guarantees
All LED products carry a 12 month manufacturers guarantee.
Payments
We accept cash, cheques (Payable to The LED Shop UK) and credit card payments via our safe and
secure account using PAYPAL. Clearance of cheques are required before goods are dispatched.
Receipts for payment will be issued on request.
Delivery
Items will be delivered via Royal Mail standard parcel service or Independent courier. Delivery will
usually be within 3 - 4 working days, subject to available stock. Out of stock items may take
10 - 14 days to deliver.
FREE postage and packing applies to all LED Bulbs, Floodlights, Fluorescent Tubes and Cabinet Display
Light Bars or as per specified to any UK mainland destination. A minimum delivery charge of £2.50
applies to all accessories. Costs for Delivery to UK off shore and overseas destinations will depend on
Weight and size of parcel. An estimate of costs will be provided in advance of any purchase.
Returns policy
Please contact us no later than 7 days after delivery. We offer a full refund or exchange for faulty
goods. We will also refund postage for the return of faulty goods at Royal Mail second class post. We
are not able to refund postage on unwanted goods. Goods may be returned if unsuitable however we
do require the following conditions to be met:-
mail within 9 days of us posting and the goods returned unopened and in a
resalable condition within 14 days of delivery. The customer must pay the return postage costs. We
cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss in return transit. We respectfully reserve the right
to charge a handling fee in certain circumstances.

Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel and receive a full refund for any product within 7 days of purchase date. All
cancellation notifications must be received in writing within 14 days of date purchased. Any monies to
be refunded will be returned via the initial payment method.

All links to associated businesses are inserted within the context of the website on approval. The LED
Shop UK as the sole rights to include and exclude any link that does not conform or abide to UK laws
on advertising. We will not accept any links that promote violence, sex, crime or any illegal act. Links
